Registration is Open for the Training of Facilitators and Trainers

Want to transform routine staff training into engaging, impactful learning experiences?

National Safe Place's (NSP) Training of Facilitators and Trainers (TOFT) is a hands-on virtual training series designed to help youth-serving professionals build the skills needed to effectively teach, facilitate, and support adult learners.

Using the proven Inform, Demonstrate, and Practice model, TOFT equips participants to excel in two essential roles:

  • Facilitators who guide discussions, encourage participation, and help groups process learning.
  • Trainers who deliver structured content and teach critical knowledge and skills.

By investing in TOFT, organizations can strengthen internal training capacity, improve consistency in service delivery, and enhance team collaboration and effectiveness.
