Signs That Something Isn’t Safe

You may need help if:

  • Someone is hurting you or making you feel scared
  • You are being pressured to do something you don’t want to do
  • You have nowhere to stay or are afraid to go home
  • A friend or adult is threatening you
  • Someone online is asking for pictures, secrets, or private information
  • You feel bullied, trapped, or alone
  • You are worried about your mental health
  • Something just doesn’t feel right

If you’re not sure, trust your instincts. It’s always okay to ask for help.
