National Programs Advancing Youth Safety
and Community Response
NSP operates nationally recognized programs that strengthen community safety, support youth-serving professionals, and advance prevention and early intervention strategies across the United States.

Safe Place®
Safe Place is a national youth outreach and prevention program that connects young people to immediate help and supportive services. Operating in partnership with licensed agencies across the country, Safe Place provides access points to safety at schools, transit systems, fire stations, libraries, community buildings, and businesses.

TXT 4 HELP™
TXT 4 HELP is National Safe Place's 24/7 text-based crisis response program, connecting young people with immediate support when and where they need it most. Youth can text SAFE and their current location to 4HELP (44357) to receive information about nearby Safe Place locations, crisis resources, or connect with a trained professional through 2Chat for personalized support and guidance.

Operation Angel Summit
Operation Angel Summit is a national youth safety and prevention initiative operated by National Safe Place in partnership with the U.S. Secret Service. Through powerful education, survivor stories, and multidisciplinary collaboration, the Summit equips young people and the adults who support them to recognize the warning signs of child exploitation, online grooming, sextortion, human trafficking, and other emerging threats.
The Community™
The Community, formerly known as NSPN Membership, brings together youth-serving organizations and professionals to learn, collaborate, and strengthen their work on behalf of young people. Community Members gain access to training, technical assistance, professional learning, practical resources, peer collaboration, and a trusted nationwide network that helps organizations build capacity, advance best practices, and improve outcomes for young people.
